I really like this place! They answer their phone and have friendly staff. I love their cheesecake named desire ice cream cake to pick up for birthdays when run out of time to make a cake! It is really delicious! The only thing I will say is they need more experience writing on their cakes. Each time I have asked them to do that, the letters are quite messy, and not spaced out well so looks like a child did it. This cake is especially good for summer birthdays. I also really like cake batter ice cream and take home a quart sometimes. Overall, great place and tasty treats! Thank you Cold Stone! Creamery!

Amazing ice cream but staff can't seem to read online orders at all. When asked and confronted on the mishap (receipt and cups in hand) they claimed it was the same size as ordered (infact was the smaller size I had ordered 2 I like it sizes and 1 kids but received 2 kids and 1 I like it) would not refund the money spent and wouldn't change it to size ordered. This has happened many times at this location. Same with only getting 1 of the 2 flavors or no mix is when ordered. I will NOT be returning as a customer to this location again.

Stopped by last evening and had a fantastic experience. The woman working was very kind and offered suggestions when I asked what the “favorites” are. 10/10, will be back even in winter time. Very impressed by the variety of flavors.

First of all, they always have the best flavors in town. never can go wrong with the chocolate cake better. As a former employee for cold stone, I’m always impressed with this location. The atmosphere is always spot on clean and the employees there are supposed to be there. they are good with people. The gentleman who helped me recently, was just great to be around. Thank you for singing me a little tune! And keep doing what you’re doing you are awesome.
